Artspace USA is a wonderful organization that builds affordable loft space for artists to have a place to live and work. The Everett project is the 3rd project in the greater Seattle region. Most units are still available, probably due to the month early opening. Those in Seattle had a waiting list prior to opening.
The project will provide 40 units of affordable live/work studios for individuals and families, as well a creating a new home for the Arts Council of Snohomish County. Tenants must meet certain income requirements to be eligible for the units.
The units are 1 and 2 bedrooms ranging from 800 – 1300 square feet. The units feature high ceilings with lots of natural light for working, open floor plans, a community deck and underground secure parking.
Located in downtown Everett, these lofts will be ideal for furthering the growing artist community in town.
